Question: On my MAP or CPL When I click "update" nothing happens.
Answer:Make sure you are in "slide show mode." Look for a button on the bottom left that looks like a movie screen and click it. Your program will then advance with a mouse click. This action is also called "play show from current slide."

Question: On my MAP or CPL why do I get an error message when I try to save my input data?
Answer 1: Are you working from a saved a copy on your C drive?
Answer 2: Have you included commas in your prices? The program does not want commas.

Question: Is shipping outside of the continential US free?
Answer: There is an $8.50 fee to cover the extra charges out of the country and the time to prepare the paperwork. If the fees are dramatically higher we will let you know right away.
